Our stay at Secrets Aura Cozumel was quite disappointing. The property is old and in dire need of renovations, which really took away from the experience. The nightly activities were incredibly loud, making it hard to get any sleep before 11 pm. On the plus side, the staff were mostly great, and the food was better than at many all-inclusive resorts.

We had an amazing week at Secrets Aura with beautiful views and a fun junior swim-out room. Although the room needed a little TLC and the pool restroom had a persistent odor, the attentive staff and great food at the restaurants made our stay enjoyable.
